    諾維信和勃林格殷格翰宣布家禽益生菌領(lǐng)域戰(zhàn)略合作

    2017年3月30日:勃林格殷格翰動(dòng)物健康部與諾維信宣布將在家禽產(chǎn)品益生菌的研發(fā)和市場(chǎng)銷售領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略合作。雙方將重點(diǎn)關(guān)注孵化場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)(孵化場(chǎng)即在小雞送往農(nóng)場(chǎng)之前將蛋孵化出來的地方)。作為協(xié)議的一部分,勃林格殷格翰將負(fù)責(zé)諾維信產(chǎn)品FloraMax?在美國(guó)家禽市場(chǎng)的推廣和分銷。勃林格殷格翰計(jì)劃在未來幾年中將其推展至全球其他市場(chǎng)。  


    Codexis宣布與Tate&Lyle針對(duì)食品工業(yè)酶開展第二個(gè)多年協(xié)議
    2017年3月31日:Codexis宣布就一種食品工業(yè)酶與全球食品配料公司達(dá)成第二個(gè)多年協(xié)議。Codexis稱,這個(gè)新的協(xié)議涵蓋了其公司支持Tate&Lyle食品成分新型酶的研究和開發(fā)。根據(jù)這個(gè)研發(fā)協(xié)議,針對(duì)Codexis之前獨(dú)立開發(fā)的酶技術(shù)改進(jìn),Tate&Lyle將會(huì)在2017年第二季度的支付給Codexis一筆款;并且在未來的兩三年中,Tate&Lyle也會(huì)也會(huì)支付固定的研發(fā)服務(wù)費(fèi)和里程碑費(fèi)用。另外,Codexis以每股4美元的價(jià)格提供了550萬股普通股的二次發(fā)行,扣除費(fèi)用后估計(jì)增加了2020萬美元。

    2017年4月8日:Amyris宣布擴(kuò)大其與Phyto Tech Corp(D/B/A “Blue California”)的合作關(guān)系范圍。Blue California位于加利福尼亞南部,是全球食品、調(diào)料和香料原料與保健品的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。
